中药热奄包联合足底穴位敷贴治疗高原原发性失眠症疗效及对患者睡眠效率、生活质量的影响
Effects of hot compress with chinese herbal packets combined with plantar acupoint application therapy in the treatment of primary insomnia at high altitude and the influence on sleep efficiency and quality of life

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of hot compress with Chinese herbal packets combined with plantar acupoint application therapy in the treatment of primary insomnia(PI)at high altitude and the influence on sleep ef-ficiency and quality of life.Methods:A total of 62 patients with primary insomnia at high altitude were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases),receiving estazolam treat-ment and hot compress with Chinese herbal packets combined with plantar acupoint application therapy,respectively.All patients were treated for 2 months.Curative effect,sleep efficiency,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,total sleep time(TST),sleep effi-ciency(SE)and rapid eye movement latency(RL)in the observation group were longer/higher,and awakening time(AWT),sleep latency(SL)and awakening times(AT)were shorter/lower(P<0.05).The scores for different di-mensions of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and total score of the observation group were lower,whereas the scores for different dimensions and the total score of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHO QOL-BREF)and the total score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot compress with Chinese herbal packets combined with plantar acupoint application therapy can significantly improve clinical effects in the treatment of primary insomnia at high altitude.In addition,it can improve sleep efficiency,PSQI scores and quality of life.关键词
