Abstract

The experiment was to study the effect of replacing fish meal with pork meal on growth performance,feed utilization and immune performance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.A total of 900 Macrobrachium macrobrachii with the same specifications were randomly selected and divided into six groups,with three replicates per group and 50 Macrobrachium macrobrachii per replicate.0,5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%of fish meal were replaced by pork meal with the same protein,which were labeled as P0 group,P5 group,P10 group,P15 group,P20 group and P25 group,respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 d.The results showed that the weight gain rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in the P20 group and P25 group was significantly lower than that in the P0 group(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly higher than that in the P0 group and P5 group(P<0.05).The triglycerides in the serum of Macrobrachium rosenbergii increased with the level of pork meal instead of fish meal.Serum lysozyme,immunoglobulin M and alkaline phosphatase in the P25 group were significantly lower than those in the P0 group,P5 group and P10 group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the ratio of pork meal instead of fish meal of Macrobrachium rosenbergii should not exceed 15%based on the weight gain rate.
