凉血散瘀汤结合常规西药治疗IgA肾病疗效及对患者血液流变学、炎性细胞因子水平的影响
Effects of Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with conventional western medicine on hemorheology and inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:Analyze the effect of Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with conventional western medi-cine in the treatment of IgA nephropathy on the blood rheology and inflammatory cytokine levels of patients.Methods:96 ca-ses of IgA nephropathy were selected and all were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was given Liangxue Sanyu decoction.The total effective rate was compared and the hemorrheological indicators were completed(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity),serum inflammatory cytokines(mon-ocyte chemotactic factor[MCP-1],interleukin-6[IL-6)]),renal function indicators(blood uric acid[BUA],serum creatinine[Scr])were compared between groups,and adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal symptoms,neurolog-ical symptoms,limbs and trunk symptoms of patients during the administration period were counted.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the high-shear and low-shear viscosity of whole blood after treatment,the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Comparison of IL-6,MCP-1,Scr,and BUN levels between groups,the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions such as trunk symptoms and neurological symptoms,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Sanyu decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment to patients with IgA nephropathy can significantly improve their hemorrheology,reduce the levels of in-flammatory cytokines,and exert a protective effect on renal function.The overall effect is significant and safe.关键词
