Abstract
The practice shows that the POX workshop is used to treat the copper and cobalt sulfide ore from Africa,the 2507 material is usually used as the exhaust pipe.The exhaust pipe's life span is about 7 months,and it needs to be replaced every shutdown cycle.However,after the Cr2O3 coating material layer was sprayed on the outside surface of the exhaust pipe,and SiC ceramic was added to internal surface of the exhaust pipe,there was no obvious corrosion and abrasion marks on the metal layer and ceramic layer of the exhaust pipe after 24 months of operation of the POX workshop.关键词
