Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yiwei Chupi Formula combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric coa-ted capsule on peptic ulcer and explore its possible mechanism.Methods 102 patients with peptic ulcer admitted from August 2020 to June 2022 in the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were se-lected retrospectively and divided into two groups by random number method.61 cases in the routine group were treated with rabe-prazole sodium enteric coated capsule,and 61 cases in the Yiwei Chupi group were treated with Yiwei Chupi Formula combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsule.After 4 weeks of treatment,evaluate the efficacy of the two groups,and detect the serum inflammatory factors,trefoil factor 2(TFF2)α-Defensin(DEFA)and other related factors were compared between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the group of benefi-ting stomach and removing abdominal distension was 94.12％(48/51),which was higher than 80.39％(41/51)in the con-ventional group,with statistical difference(X 2=4.320;P=0.038).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of vascular endo-thelial growth factor(VEGF),TFF2,DEFA,superoxide acetate(SOD),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),inter-leukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors and MDA were lower in the group of stomach benefiting and swelling removing after 4 weeks of treatment than those in the conventional group,while the levels of TFF2,DEFA,VEGF,SOD and bFGF were higher than those in the conventional group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM symptoms and the area of ulcer in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,it was lower in the stomach benefiting group than in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiwei Chupi Formula combined with rabeprazole enteric coated capsule can reduce the area of peptic ulcer and improve the curative effect.The mechanism may be related to inhibition of inflammatory reaction,elimination of oxygen free radicals and promotion of the formation of new blood vessels.关键词
