Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method combined with dapagliflozin on glomerular fil-tration function,blood glucose and nitric oxide(NO)/endothelin(ET)balance in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:96 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and numbered from 1 to 96 according to the admission time.Patients with odd numbers were enrolled as control group and received dapagliflozin treat-ment,and patients with even numbers were included in combined group and were treated with Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method on the basis of the control group.The eficacy,TCM syndromes scores,renal function,blood glucose control,NO level,ET-1 level and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in combined group was 91.67％,which was higher than 75.00％in control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndromes scores in both groups after 3 months of treatment were decreased,and the scores in combined group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After 2 months and 3 months of treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and urinary microalbumin excretion rate were lower in combined group than those in control group(P＜0.05)while the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).After 2 months and 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glyco-sylated hemoglobin in combined group were lower compared with those in control group(P＜0.05).After 1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment,NO level in combined group was higher compared to control group(P＜0.05)while ET-1 level was lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method combined with dapagliflozin has a high clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.It can improve the TCM symptom,glomerular filtration function and vascular en-dothelial function,and enhance the blood glucose control effect,and it has high safety.关键词
