强直性脊柱炎发病与二十四节气相关性研究
A study on the correlation between the onset of ankylosing spondylitis and the twenty-fourth festival season

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the incidence of ankylosing spondylitis and the twenty-four seasons in Shaanxi region in the past 19 years,and to provide a clinical basis for the theory of seasonal adaptation from the perspective of chronomedicine.Methods:The medical records of 12645 ankylosing spondylitis inpatients ad-mitted to the Fifth Hospital of Xi'an City from February 4,2002 to February 3,2020 were analyzed using retrospec-tive research methods,and circular statistical analysis was applied to determine the peak seasons of incidence and the relative peak periods.Results:From 2002 to 2020,patients with ankylosing spondylitis in Shaanxi had a tendency to concentrate on the onset of the disease(Z=47.73,P<0.05),with the peak season of onset being the Great Summer(August 5)and the relative peak period being from the vernal equinox to the Great Snow(March 21-December 20),which was the most common time for the onset of the disease.Conclusion:Although ankylosing spondylitis is not a seasonal epidemic,its onset has a certain influence on the climate,environment and the changes of the 24 solar terms.The onset of ankylosing spondylitis in Shaanxi has a certain tendency to be centralized in terms of solar terms,and the peak period of the onset of the disease is before and after the Great Summer,suggesting that attention should be paid to the prevention of the disease and the early treatment of the disease during the period of the solar term.关键词
