安痫丸对卒中后癫痫患者脑电图及认知功能的影响
Effect of Anxian Pill on EEG and cognitive function in patients with epilepsy after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Anxian Pill on EEG indexes and cognitive function in patients with post-stroke epilepsy(PSE)o Methods:60 patients with PSE were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given sodium valproate sustained-release tablets orally,500mg each time,twice a day,while the treatment group was given Anxian pills orally,one pill each time,three times a day,on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks,and the clinical efficacy,EEG activity before and after treatment,changes in the scores of the Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were observed,comparison between groups were performed,and untoward effect were recorded.Results:The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.33％and 70.00％respectively,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of seizures and the duration of seizures in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the im-provement of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the EEG dis-charge index and the number of leads involved in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).EEG of two groups of patients the α wave power is higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05),each frequency band power of β、θ and δ wave decreased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the change of treatment group is better than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the MMSE and NIHSS scores of treatment group improved compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01),while the MMSE scores of control group didn't change significantly after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusions:The addition treatment of Anxian Pill can improve the EEG indexes of epilepsy patients after stroke,alleviate sei-zures,improve cognitive function and promote the recovery of neurological function,without obvious adverse reactions.关键词
