银杏酮酯分散片治疗脑梗死的成本及效果分析:一项基于真实世界的队列研究
Cost and efficacy analysis of ginkgo ketoester dispersible tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction:a real world cohort study
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the cost and efficacy of ginkgo biloba ketone ester dispersible tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 400 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to me between July 2021 and July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a digital randomization method(n=200).The control group was treated with conventional drugs,which were combined with ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets.Compare the neurological function,life ability,cognitive level score,serum indicators,clinical efficacy,and adverse reaction rate between two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MOCA,NIHSS,and BI scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);After treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in MOCA,NIHSS,and BI scores,and the study group showed more significant differences with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hs CRP,Hcy,and SOD lev-els between the two groups(P＞0.05);After treatment,the levels of Hcy and hs CRP in the two groups de-creased,while the levels of SOD increased.The changes in the study group were more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of the research group was 91.00％,which was sig-nificantly better than that of the control group at 73.00％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The cost-effectiveness of the research group was 13316.95 yuan,lower than the control group's 16656.16 yuan;The total adverse reaction rate in the control group was 15.00％,while in the study group it was 16.00％,with no statistically significant difference(x2=0.076,P=0.782).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba ketone ester dispersible tablets can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarc-tion.improve their neurological function,life ability,and cognitive level.With the increase of treatment effect,the drug cost may not necessarily increase,and there is no significant increase in adverse reactions.Therefore,their clinical application value is high.关键词
