从"肥胖不孕"探讨肥胖对多囊卵巢综合征的影响
Effects of obesity on polycystic ovary syndrome from perspective of"obesity infertility"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of"obesity infertility"proposed in FU Qing Zhu Nv Ke,this study examines the inevitable connection between obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),summarizes the impact of obesity on neuroendocrine and ovarian function,and points out that obesity triggers insulin resistance,hyperandrogenism,and exacerbates insulin resistance through endocrine mechanisms such as adipokines and inflammatory factors,further exacerbate metabolic disorders and ovarian dysfunction,while promoting fat accumulation and forming a vicious cy-cle.Therefore,the theory of"obesity infertility"is used to introduce the important role of obesity in PCOS,and to provide theoretical reference for further exploration of integrated Chinese and western medicine prevention and treat-ment plans.关键词
