疏肝健脾通腑治疗淤胆型肝炎探析
Soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen to Tongfu in treating cholestatic hepatitis

Abstract
Exploring the etiology,pathogenesis,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment principles of choles-tatic hepatitis,although there is no name for cholestatic hepatitis in traditional Chinese medicine,it can be classified as jaundice in traditional Chinese medicine based on its clinical manifestations.The clinical pathogenesis of cholestatic hepatitis is:loss of spleen function,accumulation of dampness and toxin in the liver,and abnormal laxation.The path-ological factors are mostly dampness,heat,toxicity,and blood stasis.Using the method of soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and unblocking the internal organs,that is,taking the liver and spleen as the center of action and the starting point of positive qi,and the gallbladder and large intestine as the channels,to unblock and release evil qi such as dampness,heat,toxin,and blood stasis.Which is used to achieve the goal of"removing evil and ensuring peace".The method of soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and unblocking the fu organs can achieve satisfac-tory results in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.关键词
