Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of magnetic technique under the guidance of anesthesia la-ryngoscope combined with gastroscope in upper gastrointestinal magnetic foreign body removal.Methods:A total of 150 patients with upper gastrointestinal magnetic foreign bodies who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were equally divided into foreign body clamp group,snare group,and magnetic technique group according to the random number table method.50 cases,and under the guidance of laryngoscope combined with gastroscope,the magnetic foreign body was removed by foreign body for-ceps,snare and magnetic technique respectively.x2 test was used to compare the success rate and complication rate of magnetic foreign body removal in each group.Anova and t test were used to compare the operation time and per capita cost of foreign body removal in each group.Results:The success rate of magnetic foreign body removal from the upper gastrointestinal tract(90.00％)in the magnetic technique group was significantly better than that in the snare group(24.00％)and the foreign body clamp group(70.00％)(magnetic technique group＞foreign body clamp group＞snare group,P＜0.05).The operation time of magnetic foreign body removal in the upper gastroin-testinal tract of the patients in the magnetic technology group was significantly shorter than that in the snare group and the foreign body clamp group(P＜0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the per capita cost of the three groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the magnetic technology group(16.00％)was signifi-cantly lower than that in the snare group(48.00％)and the foreign body clamp group(54.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Anesthesia laryngoscope combined with gastroscope-guided magnetic technique has better effect in upper gas-trointestinal magnetic foreign body removal.It can not only effectively improve the success rate of upper gastrointes-tinal magnetic foreign body removal,but also shorten the foreign body removal operation time and reduce the occur-rence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application..关键词
