国医大师夏桂成教授运用人工培育鹿科动物药治疗妇科疾病经验
Chinese medicine master professor XIA Guicheng's experience in treating gynecological diseases with deer family medicine
摘要
Abstract
The diseases of gynecology are closely related to the deficiency of essence and blood and the deficien-cy-cold of uterus.Deer family medicines are kinds of flesh and blood products,which have a long history of treating gynecological diseases.Chinese medicine master professor XIA Guicheng is good at using deer family medicines to treat gynecological diseases,whose effect is outstanding.T he author summarizes his experience as follows:Firstly,kidney Yang-enhancing Chinese medicines must both enhance kidney Yang and benefit yin and blood base on the the-ory of"women based on blood""essence and blood homology""kidney maining reproduction""kidney hiding es-sence",and deer family medicines can meet above requirements.Secondly,deer family medicines are often used in the follicle period,intermenstrual period and luteal period,but not in the menstrual period,early follicle period and middle follicle period based on nourishing kidney Yin in the follicle phase and enhancing kidney Yang in the luteal phase.Thirdly,professor XIA choose kidney Yang-enhancing Chinese medicine according to the characteristics of the disease and the advantage of kidney Yang-enhancing Chinese medicine's property,for example,deer antler has the best effect of enhancing kidney Yang and promoting essence and blood,and is often used to treat kidney Yang-deficiency and es-sence and blood-insufficiency syndrome.Deer blood is weaker in enhancing kidney Yang and promoting essence blood than antler,but is more powerful in removing blood stasis,and is often used to treat the gynecologic tumor and so on.关键词
