ZHOU Huifang's treatment of menopausal genitourinary syndrome based on the theory of"kidney governs water and two yin"
摘要
Abstract
Menopausal genitourinary syndrome is a special disease of women in the menopausal transition peri-od and late menopause.Professor ZHOU Huifang,centering on the theory of"kidney governs water and two yin",believes that this disease is rooted in the kidney,which is a mixture of deficiency and excess.In treatment,it is treated according to symptoms and signs,and it is both clear and tonic.The selection of prescription and medication is based on the addition and subtraction of famous prescriptions in"Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke".In view of the symptoms of repro-ductive and urinary tract discomfort in women in special periods,the treatment idea of invigorating the kidney and clearing away the benefit is adopted,which is mainly to nourish the kidney,assist in clearing away the benefit,and take into account other organs.The internal and external treatment is also proposed to effectively improve the symp-toms,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of menopausal reproductive and urinary syndrome,and improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women.关键词
