基于"任主胞宫"理论探讨针灸治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症临床疗效
Clinical effect of acupuncture based on the theory of"conception vessel governing uterus"in treating thin endometrial infertility

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion based on the theory of"conception vessel governing uterus"in the treatment of patients with thin endometrium infertility.Methods:80 pa-tients with thin endometrium infertility were selected and included in the control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the patient's wishes.The control group received routine treatment with Bayer valerate estradiol tablets(Bujiale),On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted acupuncture and moxi-bustion treatment based on the theory of"conception vessel governing uterus",and evaluated the endometrial thick-ness,the proportion of type A endometrial morphology,endometrial blood flow microcirculation(subendometrial blood flow pulsation index[PI]and resistance index[RI]),estrogen content(luteal estrogen[E2],progesterone[P],follicle stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH]and other sex hormones)of the two groups after treatment and the pregnancy status within one year.Results:The endometrial thickness of the observed group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Type A endometrial morphology observation group after treatment ratio is higher than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups before treatment PI no difference compared with RI(P>0.05),a set of PI and RI were observed after treatment is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Observation group after treatment of E2,P and LH levels higher than the control group,and FSH levels lower than the control group(P<0.05).Pregnancy rate was 50.00%within one year of observation group,the control group was 25.00%,the observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acu-puncture based on the theory of"conception vessel governing uterus"can improve endometrial thickness of patients with thin endometrial infertility,promote endometrial growth,improve blood flow microcirculation and reproduction related hormone levels,and increase the pregnancy rate within one year.关键词
