新型蜂窝结构可降解气道支架的计算力学分析
Computational mechanical analysis of novel honeycomb degradable airway stent
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the insufficient radial support of current degradable airway stents,we designed a degradable airway stent with honeycomb structure.Firstly,based on the CT scan data,a three-dimensional numerical model of the lower airway was reconstructed and the stenosis segment data was measured.Then SolidWorks 2018 was used to build 3D model of airway stent,and the stent model with Geomagic Design X was optimized.Finally,stent model was analyzed in computational mechanics based on ABAQUS.The results showed that compared with the sine-like and reticular structure stent,the radial support force of honeycomb degradable airway stent in-creased 19.28%and 8.24%,respectively.This study can provide important reference for the development of degradable airway stent in the future.关键词
