摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sijunyin rice soup medicated diet in promoting milk secretion in puer-perium.method:189 patients with hypogalactia who gave birth in hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in the RCT clinical study.The observation group was the regular-dose Sijunyin rice soup group,and the control group was the low-dose Sijunyin rice soup group.One week,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks of follow-up of breastfeeding rate(%),breast swelling de-gree(%),milk interval time(minutes),milk viscosity(%)and milk stasis degree(%)and postpartum 42 days of ultrasound.Results:After intervention,the milk production of the two groups increased significantly.The recovery rate of the observation group was 90.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 80.41%.The p values between the two groups were all greater than 0.05;the degree of puerperium stasis in the two groups was low,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Ultrasound at the last follow-up showed abnormal gynecological ultrasound in 1 case of uterine cavity separation in the observation group and 4 cases of uterine cavity separation in the control group,with an incidence rate of 1.09%lower than 4.12%in the control group.Conclusion:Sijunyin rice medicated diet can significantly promote milk secretion,improve local stasis symptoms of breast,realize exclusive breastfeeding,and promote postpartum uterine involution,which is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
