针刺联合中药泥灸治疗中重度肘关节退变性骨关节炎伴尺神经卡压综合征术后患者的疗效观察
Curative effect of acupuncture combined with TCM mud moxibustion in the treatment of moderate-to-severe elbow degenerative osteoarthritis with cubital tunnel syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine mud moxibustion in the treatment of moderate and severe elbow degenerative osteoarthritis with ulnar nerve entrapment syn-drome(CuTS).Methods:80 patients with moderate and severe elbow degenerative osteoarthritis and CuTS who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the observation objects.The selected patients were numbered according to the sequence of surgery,and randomly divided into the combination group and the control group with random numbers generated by SPSS20.0 software.After both groups successfully performed ulnar nerve release and anterior operation and removed the plaster fixation,the control group received acupuncture treatment on this basis,On the basis of the control group,the com-bined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,elbow joint pain degree(VAS score),upper limb function recovery(DASH score),ulnar nerve function recovery,elbow joint activity were compared between the two groups three months after operation,and the safety analysis was performed.Results:Three months after operation,the total clinical effective rate in the combined group was 97.50％,significantly higher than 85.00％in the con-trol group(P＜0.05);The scores of various TCM symptoms and total scores in the two groups were significantly lower(P＜0.05),and the scores in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The VAS score and DASH score of the two groups were significantly lower(P＜0.05),and the scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The excellent and good rate of ulnar nerve function recovery in the combined group(90.00％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50％)(P＜0.05);The activities of extension,flex-ion,pronation and supination were significantly increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the activities of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);During the treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function and no adverse event in both groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of moderate and severe elbow degenerative osteoarthritis with CuTS,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively relieve postoperative pain and upper limb dysfunction,help pro-mote the functional recovery of ulnar nerve and elbow joint,and is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
