摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the bonding strength of the high inlay and adjacent maxillary inlay of zirconia porcelain and EMAX porcelain under different enamel retention areas in the rear teeth.Methods:In this study,120 patients with posterior tooth defect treated from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.The pa-tients were divided into study group(zirconia porcelain)and control group(EMAX porcelain)by computer random assignment,with 60 cases in each group.The adhesion strength indexes of posterior teeth were collected.Results:The repair integrity and gingival health of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the adjacent dental space of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adhesion strength between the control group and the study group in the jaw side,tongue side and occlusal surface under different enamel retention area of the posterior teeth(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in bonding strength between zirconia ceramic and EMAX ceramic under different enamel re-tention areas.Appropriate repair materials can be selected according to the specific conditions of the patient.
