妊娠期糖尿病产妇产后发生糖尿病的危险因素研究

Abstract
To study the risk factors of postpartum diabetes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of diabetes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.A total of 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to whether the women developed diabetes within 3 months after postpartum follow-up,the women were divided into non-diabetic group(n=60)and diabetic group(n=40).Clinical data of the patients during pregnancy were collected.Multivariate logistic analysis was used to ex-plore the risk factors of diabetes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Gestational weight,body fat health index,fasting blood glucose during pregnancy and family history of diabetes in diabetic group were higher than those in non-diabetic group(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Gesta-tional body weight(OR=1.260),fasting blood glucose(OR=1.751),family history of diabetes before pregnancy(OR=8.127)and body fat health index(OR=1.157)were independent risk factors for postpartum diabetes(P＜0.05).Gestational weight,fasting blood glucose during pregnancy,family history of diabetes before pregnancy,and body fat health index are independent risk factors for postpartum diabetes in pregnant women with gestational dia-betes.During pregnancy,diet control should be carried out for pregnant women with gestational diabetes to reduce blood glucose and appropriately increase their daily exercise,which is conducive to postpartum diabetes prevention.关键词
