摘要

Abstract

To alleviate the disadvantageous position of regulated hydropower in the power market under the unitary tariff policy there is an urgent need to configure a reasonable capacity compensation mechanism.Taking the regulating hydropower as object and combining the actual power system in China a set of hydro power capacity compensation mechanism that is both practical and operable is established by using the uncompensated cost under the fixed capacity price mechanism as the evaluation method of capacity compensation pricing and six newly invested regulating hydropower stations in Yangtze River basin are taken as case example to verify the implementation effect of the scheme.The results show that the compensation scheme has clear meaning strong adaptability and reasonable calculation results.
