Abstract
In recent years with the development of the Belt and Road Initiative the potential of hydropower cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries has been continuously releasing.In the face of complex and ever-changing international market how to scientifically and reasonably identify the market environment of target countries is significant for successful international cooperation.Based on the PEST analysis model an international strategic tool for environment analysis considering the important factors related to international hydropower cooperation from four environmental aspects of political economic social and technical and using the qualitative or quantitative evaluation results based on various factors that are publicly released or reasonably calculated a dimensionless manner is used to scientifically establish a market environment indicator evaluation model for key Southeast Asian countries.The model can provide technical references for assessing market environment formulating cooperation strategies and making market layouts in Southeast Asian countries.关键词
