Taking Multi-measures to Promote High-quality Development of Overseas Designing&Consulting for Electric Power Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
In recent years influenced by climate change local energy crisis and geopolitical tension the goal of global energy green and low-carbon transformation has been continuously improved and the pace has been further accelerated.Based on the new situation of world energy transition and development combined with the new characteristics of China's "Going global" for overseas designing&consulting this paper deeply analyzes the existed problems in the high-quality development of overseas designing&consulting for electric power enterprises and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Research suggests that China's electric power enterprises should shift from "Market creation" to "Value creation", and take multiple measures by consolidating the professional foundation of external design and consulting improving the talent training system and developing functional mergers and acquisitions so as to promote the high-quality development of designing&consulting industry.关键词
