行为训练联合快速康复外科理念对改善胸腔镜肺癌手术围术期患者指标及生活质量的效果研究
The results of the combination of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the improvement of the index and quality of life in the surgical period of thoracoscopic lung surgery were studied

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of behavioral training combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in improving perioperative indexes and quality of life of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Meth-ods:100 patients requiring thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery treated in Liyang People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into control group(n=50)and combination group(n=50)according to computer random table number method.The control group was provided with routine nursing mode.In the combined group,behavioral training combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery was arranged for nursing,and perioperative indexes,quality of life score,pain score and complication rate were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:The extubation time,extubation time,extubation time and extubation time in control group were longer than those in combined group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the psychological,social,material life and physiological function scores of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The pain score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group at 6,24 and 48 hours after operation(P＜0.05).The inci-dence of arrhythmia,persistent pulmonary air leakage,pulmonary infection,hypoxic syndrome and empyema in control group was higher than that in combination group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients treated with thoraco-scopic lung cancer surgery,behavioral training combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing concept can not only sig-nificantly improve perioperative indicators and reduce various postoperative complications,but also help alleviate postoperative pain,which has positive significance for the improvement of patients'quality of life.关键词
