Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the promotion of high-end,intelligent,and green development in the manufacturing industry.Accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing has become an inevitable trend and objective requirement for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in the new era.Understanding the current status of intelligent manufacturing development in production and manufacturing enterprises,actively exploring the findings of intelligent manufacturing development in production and manufacturing enterprises,has a positive impact on improving the level of intelligent manufacturing development and promoting high-quality and sustainable development of production and manufacturing enterprises.This article analyzes the application of intelligent manufacturing in alumina production enterprises from both theoretical and practical perspectives.In theoretical analysis,it mainly elaborates on the significance,current situation,and research direction of intelligent manufacturing application;In practical analysis,the performance and effectiveness of intelligent manufacturing applications were explored around the sedimentation and separation of alumina,evaporation process,and control of calcination furnace parameters.I hope that through this exploration,it can provide reference for the exploration and practice of intelligent development in alumina production enterprises.关键词
