Abstract
The study was to investigate the effect of different levels of fermented feed on the reproductive performance,nutrient apparent digestibility of sows and the growth performance of piglets.Sixty pregnant sows with similar parity,body weight and expected date of delivery were randomly divided into four groups with 15 replicates per group and one sow per replicate.The sows in control group were fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed a 2.5%,5.0%and 10.0%fermented feed instead of the basal diet,respectively.The experiment was conducted from 90 days of gestation to 25 days after delivery.The results showed that compared with the control group and 2.5%group,the number of live litters and number of healthy offsprings in the 5.0%group and 10.0%group were significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the backfat loss was significantly reduced(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of stillbirths,labor stage and oestrus interval of sows in the 5.0%group and 10.0%group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude fiber and crude protein of sows in the 5.0%group and 10.0%group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The levels of total protein,albumin and globulin in the serum of the 5.0%group and 10.0%group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The final weight and average daily gain of the piglets in the 5.0%group and 10.0%group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the diarrhea rate of the piglets in all fermented diet groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The experiment indicates that the 5.0%～10.0%fermented feed intake by sows can improve the reproductive performance,nutrient apparent digestibility of sows,growth performance of piglets,and improve some serum biochemical indexes of sows.关键词
