Data Mining for Medication Rules of HAN Zucheng in Treating Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To outline HAN Zucheng's understanding of the pathogenesis of depression,as well as the formulation ide-as,compatibility rules,and medication rules in the treatment of depression.Methods:The medical records of the patients visiting doctor HAN Zucheng in the Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected,and 213 valid patients were finally included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A database was created,and terms were stand-ardized.The Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform was used to analyze the drug frequency,Chinese medicine na-tures,association rules,drug efficacy distribution,and traditional Chinese medicine cluster prescription analysis.HAN Zucheng's understanding of depression was summed up based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.Results:HAN Zucheng be-lieved that liver depression,spleen deficiency,and lack of nourishment of heart spirit was the core pathogenesis of depression,and thus he proposed the treatment principle of soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen,relieving depression and tranquilizing the mind.The commonly used medicines included Poria,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Albiziae Cortex,Bupleuri Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,and Lilii Bulbus.The commonly used drug combinations included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Poria-Albiziae Cortex,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Poria,and Bupleuri Radix-Poria.Conclusion:HAN Zucheng has a unique insight of pathogenesis of depression.In the treatment of this disease,he focuses on soothing the liver and relieving depression while also invigorating the spleen,harmonizing the stomach,and tranquilizing the mind.Following the principle above,he formulated prescriptions by flexibly using Chinese herbal medicines.关键词
