Abstract

The experiment was to analyze the differences of fat content data of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge in Lüliang.20 samples wild Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge from 10 counties in Lüliang were used as raw materials to analyze and evaluate the quality difference of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil by principal component analysis,and to determine the types and contents of fatty acids.The results showed that the average fat content and unsaturated fatty acid content of 20 samples of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were 61.383%and 91.087%,and the coefficient of variation was minimal.The neuroacid content of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge in Xingxian County was exceeded 3%,which reached the national first-class standard of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil.The neuroacid content of 12 samples reached the second-class standard of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil.Three principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 94.882%.Xingxian County and Lanxian County have the highest comprehensive score and the first principal component score,the contribution rate of the first principal component was 44.178%,the content of linolenic acid and arachidonic acid was the highest,and the comprehensive quality was the best.Zhongyang County and Jiaocheng County were the second,the contribution rate of the second principal component was 37.709%,the content of linoleic acid,oleic acid and arachidonic acid was higher,and the second principal component scores the highest.Cluster analysis method was used to divide the above principal component data into three categories according to counties,and its comprehensive score results were mutually confirmed.The study indicates that the quality of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge is related to its growth location and ecological environment,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil.
