摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to establish a characteristic chromatogram of the Areca catechu core remaining during the'Areca catechu'processing.Fresh,laboratory simulation of factory conduction and 22 batches of Areca catechu core were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),ZORBAX 300-SCX column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid water-acetonic(90∶10),0.1%phosphoric acid water with amitriptyline pH was 2.30~2.55,the equal elation was carried out,the detection wavelength was 215 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the column temperature was 25℃.The results showed that four common characteristic peaks were identified,namely arecoline,arecaidine,guvacoline and guvacine,using arecoline as the reference peak(S).The study indicates that contain arecoline,arecaidine,guvacoline and guvacine were all detected in the above samples,which can be used as the characteristic peak of Areca catechu core.The HPLC method has good precision,stability and repeatability which provides the basis for the development of Areca catechu core for breeding inputs.
