国际标准作为国际贸易的"通用语言",在提升国际贸易效率、降低合作成本、应对全球性紧急事件等方面发挥着重要作用.中国成功筹建国际标准化组织竹藤技术委员会(ISO/TC 296),巩固了中国在该领域的领先地位,促进了全球竹藤产业的可持续和规范化发展.文章回顾了ISO/TC 296 筹建的前期准备工作和筹建过程中的应对措施,总结了筹建的成功经验,并从做好顶层设计、前期充分准备、强化沟通宣传、积极有效应对等方面为林草领域申请筹建新的ISO技术委员会提出了建议.
