脐血血管内皮生长因子水平及血气分析与新生儿视网膜出血相关性研究
Correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor in umbilical blood,blood gas analysis and neonatal retinal hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in umbili-cal blood,blood gas analysis and neonatal retinal hemorrhage(RH).Methods:A total of 596 neonates who were given birth and underwent neonatal fundus screening were enrolled.The results of neonatal fundus examination were statis-tically analyzed.According to presence or absence of fundus hemorrhage,they were divided into RH group(230 cases)and normal control group(366 cases).The relationship between VEGF level,blood gas analysis and neonatal RH was analyzed.Results:The incidence of RH in the 596 neonates was 38.59％(230/596).There were significant differences in maternal age,parity,polyembryony,delivery modes,asphyxia,forceps delivery,gestational age,VEGF,pH value,partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and base excess(BE)between the two groups(all P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in gestational diabetes mellitus,gesta-tional hypertension,anemia,gender or birth weight(all P＞0.05).Vaginal delivery,asphyxia,forceps delivery,VEGF≥251.67 pg/ml,pH value＜7.32,PaCO2≥52.53 mmHg,PaO2＜24.37 mmHg and BE＜-3.49 mmol/L were inde-pendent risk factors of neonatal RH(all P＜O.05).Conclusion:VEGF level in umbilical blood and blood gas analysis are closely related to neonatal RH.关键词
