尿蛋白酶抑制剂治疗耐多药肺结核效果及对患者免疫状态、氧化应激的影响
Effect of urinary protease inhibitor in treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and its influence on immune status and oxidative stress

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of urinary protease inhibitor in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods:The MDR-TB patients of two groups(47 cases in each group)were given individualized background therapy.The observation group was given ulinastatin intravenously at 100000 U each time,3 times a day and the medicine was used for 7 days.After 6 months of treatment,the sputum negative conver-sion rate,lesion absorption and cavity changes were compared between the two groups.The contents of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,serum interleukin-10(IL-10),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),procalcitonin(PCT),serum total oxidation state(TOS),total antioxidant state(TAS)and oxidative stress index(OSI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reaction rate of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the lesion absorption and cavity changes were better than those of the control group(all P＜0.05);the contents of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.01);serum levels of IL-10,TGF-β1,PCT,TOS and OSI were lower than those of the control group(all P＜0.01);serum TAS level was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.01);there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Urinary protease inhibitor can improve im-mune function,reduce oxidative stress damage,increase sputum clearance rate,promote focus absorption,the treat-ment of MDR-TB is effective and safe in treatment of MDR-TB.关键词
