铁死亡在脑缺血再灌注中的作用研究进展
Research progress on ferroptosis in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries
摘要
Abstract
Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent,regulated form of cell death caused by lipid peroxidation and mas-sive accumulation of reactive oxygen species.Numbers of studies showed that ferroptosis is intimately related to the progression and prognosis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries(CIRI).For now,the targets of ferroptosis in CIRI are still iron metabolism and consumption of lipid peroxides.At present,there have been massive studies on the regu-latory mechanism of ferroptosis,such as System Xc-/GPX4,FSP1/CoQ10,DHODH/CoQ10,and GCH1/BH4,from which we can also find out lots of targets for clinical treatment.This article is going to provide some new targets and ideas for subsequent researches through reviewing the key components of ferroptosis,pathways and the applications in mitigating CIRI damage.关键词
