Progress in studying RNA m6A modification in respiratory diseases
摘要
Abstract
Chronic Respiratory disease have become an important part of the health of Chinese residents,and have a heavy economic burden on patients'families and even the whole society.Epigenetic factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of respiratory diseases,and RNA methylation is one of the important epige-netic modification methods,among which 6-methyladenine(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)is widely present in eu-karyotes as a post-transcriptional modification mode.Focusing on the function of m6A modification in lung diseases is of great significance for in-depth understanding of the epigenetic regulation of m6A,elucidating the pathogenesis of lung diseases,providing drug treatment targets,and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article will review the latest developments in RNA m6A modification in respiratory diseases.关键词
