Abstract
The manufacturing level of wind turbine blade is closely related to the safe operation of wind turbine.This paper presents a wind blade manufacturing quality evaluation based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,which builds index model with raw materials,layer and perfusion,bonding process,product inspection,packaging,storage and other production processes.Through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate leaf quality of the whole process of manufacture.The example shows that the method objectively reflects each production link and the overall blade manufacturing quality level.It can provide scientific reference for wind farm to know the blade manufacturing quality accurately and for the acceptance of blade finished products.关键词
