Abstract
Objective:To explore the status of anxiety,depression and mindfulness among patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and mediating effects of resilience on relationships between mindfulness and psychological distress.Methods:This survey included 262 patients with RSA,which were investigated by questionnaires including the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC10),and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The prevalence of anxiety and depression among patients with RSA were 24％,52.3％respectively.Correlation analysis showed that psychological distress was negatively associated with mindfulness and resilience(r=-0.654～-0.386,P＜0.01),and resilience was positively associated with mindfulness(r=0.295,P＜0.01).The relationship among mindfulness and anxiety,mindfulness and depression was mediated by resilience,and mediating effect accounted for 29.70％,37.98％of the total effect respectively.Conclusion:Anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent abortion deserve concern.Improving the level of mindfulness and resilience is an effective way to reduce anxiety and depression for patients with RSA.关键词
