Abstract
The ultimate goal of equipment supervision is to improve customer satisfaction and maximize customer potential needs.This article uses equipment supervision cases to identify and solve quality problems that arise during the equipment manufacturing process.Through the analysis and coordination of problem solving processes,the importance of various abilities and qualities that equipment supervision personnel should possess is reflected.It is explained that improving the ability and quality of equipment personnel is an important way to improve the service level of equipment supervision units.关键词
