Summary of the best evidence of perioperative nutritional management for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases

Abstract
Objective:To select and obtain relevant evidence for perioperative nutritional management for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases,and to summarize the best evidence.Methods:The British Journal of Medicine(BMJ),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based Health Care Center Database,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang Database on perioperative nutritional support for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases were retrieved.All evidence of patients with perioperative nutritional management for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases included highest clinical decision support,guidelines,systematic evaluation,evidence summaries,expert consensus and recommendations,etc.The time limit for the retrieval was from the inception of databases to Dec 30,2022.Two to four researchers independently evaluated the literature and extracted the documents that met the standards according to the judgment of professionals.Results:A total of 7 articles were included,including 5 guidelines,2 expert consensus and recommendations.The best evidence was summarized from six aspects.They were nutritional assessment,preoperative nutritional support,postoperative nutritional support,post-discharge nutritional support,nutritional management and nutritional preparation selection in total of 25 items.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for perioperative nutritional management for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases,and provides evidence-based evidence for perioperative nutritional management for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases.Medical personnel should apply evidence in combination with the specific conditions of their own hospitals and departments,and use evidence in a targeted manner to reduce the incidence of malnutrition in patients undergoing hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.关键词
