Development and Stabilization of Battery Foil Technology Based on Double-zero Foil
摘要
Abstract
The question of how to quickly achieve mass production and stabilization of battery foils under high product technology requirements is addressed.The product characteristics of the 8000 series double-zero foil are used as a starting point.The similarities and differences between 8000 series double-zero foil and battery foil in terms of the production process,mechanical properties,product dimensions,and product quality are briefly explained.8000 series double-zero foil is used as the basis.Solving cell foil surface pinhole problems,improving cell foil surface cleanliness,solving thickness problems,and improving board shape quality are used as methods.These methods were used to rapidly implement the technology development and stabilization of the battery foil.关键词
