摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the synthesis process,structural characterization methods,modification methods,and new application fields of hydro-styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers(SEPS).The use of anionic polymerization followed by homogeneous nickel catalyst hydrogenation is the most suitable synthesis method for industrial production of SEPS.This paper systematically characterizes and analyzes the molecular chain structure,microphase separation structure,and other structures of SEPS through testing methods such as FTIR,NMR,DMTA,DSC,SEM and TEM.Inorganic materials,thermoplastic materials,and thermosetting new materials modified SEPS can obtain composite materials with better overall performance.The excellent comprehensive performance of SEPS gradually penetrates into applications such as hot melt adhesives,medical products,gas permeation membranes,and battery phase change materials.关键词
