Abstract
In view of an elevator pulling wire rope broken,broken strands accident,the internal and external causes of the accident are comprehensively understood.Through on-site investigation and accident investigation,it is determined that the direct cause of the accident is that the oil in the core of the wire rope is dry,the maintenance is not in place,which leads to rust and wear,the loss of mechanical properties,and then the broken wire and the broken strand,resulting in the elevator operation failure.At the same time,a detailed analysis was made on the failure mechanism of the elevator traction wire rope,such as abrasive wear,corrosion wear and fatigue broken wire,which provided a strong basis for inspection personnel and maintenance personnel to correctly judge the defective wire rope,and provided targeted countermeasures in terms of regular inspection and maintenance.It has certain reference to prolong the service life of wire rope and reduce the safety accident of elevator.关键词
