摘要

Abstract

The study of industrial product appearance parameter optimization can help to improve the appearance quality of the product,enhance the consumer's desire to buy,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.Based on this,the study in this paper proposes six appearance parameter optimization methods,aiming at optimizing the appearance performance of products,achieving product performance optimization and improving consumer satisfaction.The study takes the EGR valve outlet connection pipe of Mercedes-Benz car as the object of industrial product appearance parameter optimization for comparative analysis,and the results show that the roughness of fractal line optimization is the lowest,with a value of 1.16,which indicates that the use of this method is conducive to the reduction of dust and water droplet intrusion,and prolongs the service life of the EGR valve.
