Influence of Structural Parameters on Composite Floating Roof Mechanical Properties
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of structural parameters of composite material floaters on their mechanical performance,this paper established a honeycomb beam model made of GFRP plates and polypropylene honeycomb cores.The deformation curves of honeycomb beams under transverse bending were compared in detail through finite element modeling and experimental testing,which verified the correctness of the finite element model.Furthermore,the finite element model was parameterized,and the effects of honeycomb height and wall thickness on its mechanical performance were analyzed.The results indicated that the height of the honeycomb mainly affected the stress and bending stiffness of the honeycomb beam,while the wall thickness primarily affected its shear resistance.关键词
