摘要

Abstract

Evaluating the energy consumption of the ethylene steam turbine units and improving the efficiency of the ethylene steam turbine units become the key to the energy saving of the ethylene plant.This paper introduces a method of energy consumption assessment for the steam turbine of the ethylene plant,and puts forward an localization alternative method.According to performance evaluation,the internal efficiency is calculated to be about 70%,which is lower than the existing market average level.The energy efficiency level of the steam turbine is improved through efficient flow design of the steam turbine,optimization of the steam seal and the structure of the rotor and stator blades.Compared to before and after the implementation of the renovation,the steam consumption rate can be reduced by about 15%,and the internal efficiency of the unit can be improved significantly.
