摘要

Abstract

In order to ensure the reliable operation of the power system of the natural gas booster station and the rational utilization of energy,the optimization operation of the power control system of the natural gas booster station is carried out based on the actual engineering needs.A special isolated operation mode was proposed,and a centralized monitoring and management system combining PLC and upper computer was established according to the system requirements of users.The organic integration of the generator,auxiliary equipment,detection,and electrical control system has achieved online intelligent detection,enhanced the functionality and safety of the system,improved energy utilization and electrical efficiency through the use of waste heat recovery system,and achieved energy conservation and emission reduction.The control system has been operating steadily since its commissioning,increasing the electrical efficiency of the generator from 34.4%to 38.5%,and saving 220 000 m3/a of natural gas through waste heat recovery.
