摘要

Abstract

The cyclohexanone oxidation plant uses undried air and 30%lye as production raw materials.The COD of the effluent wastewater after pretreatment in the production process is about 3 200 mg/L,wastewater biochemical treatment device.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out COD emission reduction in wastewater.In this paper,the current situation and improvement direction of wastewater discharge are analyzed and explored.The COD emission reduction practice of effluent wastewater are carried out by means of source emission reduction,sewage separation and treatment,and retrofit extraction facility.After the emission reduction measures are implemented,the COD of the discharged wastewater is reduced to below 2 200 mg/L,which meets the company's internal assessment requirements for the discharge point.
