伴皮层下囊肿的巨脑性白质脑病患者新型冠状病毒感染的临床表现分析
Clinical analysis of COVID-19 infection in megalencephalic leukoencephalopathy patients with subcortical cysts

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical features of COVID-19 infection of patients with megalencephalic leukoencephalopathy with subcortical cysts(MLC).Methods The clinical data of patients with MLC were collected and analyzed retrospectively through questionnaire.Results A total of 30 patients with MLC were enrolled in the study,including 18 males and 12 females.Their ages ranged from 3 to 20.67 years old,with a median age of 11.92 years old.Of 30 patients,25 patients were diagnosed with classic phe-notype and 5 cases were diagnosed with improving phenotype.Eighteen patients(60.00％,18/30)received two doses of COVID-19 vac-cine without any serious adverse reaction.A total of 21 patients(70.00％,21/30)were clinically diagnosed with COVID-19 infection,including 12 males and 9 females.The common symptoms were fever(95.24％,20/21)and productive cough(52.38％,11/21),and sleepiness(9.52％,2/21)and convulsion(4.76％,1/21)were rare.No patient had dyspnea,motor regression or coma.No patient died.There was no statistical difference in the infection rate and the clinical symptoms between classic phenotype and improving pheno-type(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of COVID-19 infection in MLC patients mainly manifest as fever and respiratory symptoms,however,neurological symptoms are rare.关键词
