阿尔茨海默病患者AD7c-NTP和GRK5与认知障碍的相关性
Association of AD7c-NTP and GRK5 levels with cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the association of urinary Alzheimer's disease(AD)-associated neurofilament protein(AD7c-NTP)and lymphocyte membrane-associated G protein-coupled receptor kinase 5(GRK5)levels with cognitive impairment in patients with AD.Methods A total of 86 patients with AD admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments in Datong Fifth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were included as research group.According to the clinical dementia rating scale(CDR),the AD patients were divided into three subgroups:mild dementia group(n=36),moderate dementia group(n=28),and severe dementia group(n=22).And 61 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination at the same time period in our hospital were selected as control group.The levels of urinary AD7c-NTP and peripheral blood lymphocyte GRK5 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Cognitive impairment was assessed by mini-mental state examination(MMSE).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of AD7c-NTP and GRK5 levels with cognitive impairment in AD patients.Results The urinary AD7c-NTP level in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the level of lymphocyte GRK5 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).As the degree of cognitive impairment was aggravated,the levels of AD7c-NTP in urine was increased and GRK5 in peripheral blood lymphocytes was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Pearson analysis results showed that there was a strong correlation between urinary AD7c-NTP,GRK5 in peripheral blood lymphocyte and cognitive impairment.The urinary AD7c-NTP was negatively correlated with MMSE scores(r=-0.715,P<0.05),and GRK5 was positively correlated with MMSE scores(r=0.694,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of AD7c-NTP in urine of patients with AD is positively-correlated with the degree of cognitive impairment,and the level of GRK5 in peripheral blood lymphocytes is negatively correlated with the degree of cognitive impairment.关键词
