护理小程序在居家糖尿病患者胰岛素注射管理中的应用
Application of A Healthcare Mini App for the Management of Insulin Injection in Home-based Dia-betic Patients

Abstract
To explore the effect of a healthcare mini app on standardizing insulin injection and blood glucose management in home-based diabetic patients.Methods Patients were selected based on the following criteria:first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,admitted to the Endocrinology Department of a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Shanghai in 2022,and required insulin treatment.The control group(n=53,admitted from January to February)was given routine education while the observation group(n=47,admitted from May to June),on this basis,was provided with intervention through a healthcare app.After three months of intervention,the insulin injection scores,self-efficacy scores and monitored glycosylated hemoglobin values were compared between the two groups.Results After a three-month intervention,the insulin injection scores(10 injection skills)and diabetes management self-efficacy scores(4 dimensions)in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05);besides,the glycosylated hemoglobin level post-intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The healthcare mini app can effectively enhance insulin injection skills and disease management self-efficacy among home-based diabetic patients and reduce their glycosylated hemoglobin levels.This contributes to improved blood glucose control,disease management and potential savings of medical resources.关键词
