Abstract
NH4 in the Anderson structure Ni-Mo heteropolyacid was replaced with Ni2+ by a simple cation exchange method to obtain Ni2[NiMo6O24H6](Ni3Mo6).The Ni3Mo6 was used as a precursor to construct the hydrodesulfurization catalyst CAT-Ni3Mo6.Ni3Mo6 and CAT-Ni3Mo6 were characterized by XRD,FTIR,XRF,XPS,SEM,HRTEM and other methods,and the performance of the catalyst was evaluated using dibenzothiophene as the model compound.The experimental results show that the cation exchange can increase the Ni/Mo atomic ratio in Ni3Mo6 to the optimal value of 0.5 with the two atoms still in the same molecule.This method results in better dispersion of MoS2,higher content of NiMoS active phase in the catalyst,and better catalytic performance for hydrodesulfurization.The reaction rate constant and the conversion frequency of the catalyst can reach 12.1 × 10-7 mol/(g·s),2.5 × 10-3 s-1,respectively.关键词
